Before we meet
You pick one live or recently completed mandate. Nothing needs to be prepared or cleaned up.

Map the mandate
We structure the brief together: requirements, must-haves as gates, commercial terms and stakeholders.

Enrich a candidate set
Five to ten candidates from that search, with structured extraction from their real CVs.

Walk the matrix
We run the match and read it criterion by criterion — including where it disagrees with your own assessment.

Produce the client document
We generate the anonymised CV and fit explanation you would have sent, on your branding.
- 06
Discuss the fit
Governance, rollout, migration of your existing pool and commercial terms.

The session runs in the product. Any presentation material is sent afterwards, not shown during.

Bring your security questionnaire, data-protection requirements and integration questions.
